The department is located in the university’s main campus situated in Kahawa, Nairobi County, Kenya, about 18 kilometers from Nairobi's central business district. We offer Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate courses in Midwifery, Community & Public Health Nursing, Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing, Reproductive Health Nursing, Neonatal and Newborn Care Nursing, Oncology Nursing, Palliative Care, Geriatric and Gerontological Nursing.

All our courses are accredited by the relevant regulatory bodies in Kenya, which include the Nursing Council of Kenya and the Commission for University Education.

The Mission of the Department of Community & Reproductive Health Nursing is to prepare nurse leaders to promote and advance health care through the lifespan for people in our nation, region and the world.
